Assalamualaikum...
Alhamdulillah, sekarang ni bersiaran di Marseille. Sementara ada masa dan ruang dan internet, hehe boleh lah nak sharing tentang perjalanan/pengalaman di Salzburg. Kami ke Salzburg kali ke menggunakan Qatar Airways. Alhamdulillah, best juga airline ni. Our trip to Salzburg was from KUL-DOHA-MUNICH-SALZBURG. From Munich to Salzburg, we took a Flixbus which cost around 10 Euros per person.
Sebelum ni, belum pernah mendengar tentang nama Salzburg pun. The only city of Austria I have heard was Vienna. I used to wish to go there too based on others' sharing experience. So, lets get too real stories of Salzburg. Biasanya kebanyakan pengalaman orang lain mereka ke Salzburg sebagai persinggahan untuk ke Hallstatt. Hallstatt ni sangatlah popular dalam kalangan traveller untuk tengok keindahan tasik semula jadi. Tapi, kami akan tinggal di Salzburg selama 3 minggu!

Seterusnya, kami tinggal di Apartment studio yang bernama Ante Portas. Apartment Host sangat baik dan membantu untuk explore city Salzburg.
Terkesima sekejapa ternampak Aldi selepas turun daripada bas. Tapi Aldi di sini dinamakan Hofer. Hofer ni memang sama lah dengan Aldi di Melbourne dulu. hehe. Rutin harian kami adalah, setelah turun bus akan beli air mineral yang berharga 25 cents, some fruits or cookies dan selepas bayar kami akan beli coffee berharga 1 Euro sahaja. hehe rindu pulak!
Our very first snow experience together! Years ago, I had been saying to my husband that i want to experience snow too just like other friends in Melbourne. Just because when winter starts, they used to got to Mount Buller or Mount Baw Baw for snow activities. But for us, was another different story because at that time we're struggling with financial constraints and some sorts of other constraints as well. Thus, i kept saying to him, it's okay. and also i kept saying like, i don't want to have the snow experience with a type of you'll need a trip/hours journey in order to do all the snow activities. I want my experience be like, when we wake up from bed, and see from the window, and saying "hey, it's snowing outside". Alhamdulillah, in Salzburg particularly we encountered it just like what i wanted years ago. Thank you Allah for all of the non stop blessings... then i'd say, be careful of what you wish for!

Oh yeah, i think that's all for now! I thought i just need to write it down here just because I might forget some of the memories we were there. Oh yup, we did not go to Hallstatt as they say it's a must. Salzburg to Hallstatt only takes 3 hours journey. Based on our readings, there's a lot of Chinese tourist there plus it's a chinese new year holiday.. So.... there will be a lot. and with all the corona virus! Then we decide Salzburg is enough for us and memories were there also suffice our travel expectation. Our initial plan to Salzburg was my husband's research visit at University of Salzburg.
